Obtain Telephone Advice

There may be times when you feel that a problem can be dealt with just by talking to the Doctor on the telephone. The best time to ring is between 3.00pm - 3.30pm so as not to disturb patients' surgery consultation times and to maintain your own confidentiality and should preferably be booked in advance.  If you need to speak to the Doctor in the morning please telephone before 10.00am in order for us to inform you of the best time to ring back usually when surgery has finished.  (Mornings vary according to which surgery the Doctor is sitting.)
