Order a Repeat Prescription

Options for ordering repeat prescriptions are:

• Local Chemist Schemes - All chemists in the surrounding area offer a repeat prescription service.

• Post - tick the re-order form and send to the practice with a stamped addressed envelope, please allow 1 week

• Handed in at the surgery - Complete the re-order form and put into the prescription request box in the waiting room. If your re-order form has been lost, a hand written request can be made using the forms available in reception.
