If you continue to have trouble accessing the online form for ordering repeat prescriptions please re-order using one of our alternative ways:

  • By Fax: 0116 2630253
     
  • Local Chemist Schemes - All chemists in the surrounding area offer a repeat prescription service.
     
  • Post - tick the re-order form and send to the practice with a stamped addressed envelope, please allow 1 week
     
  • Handed in at the surgery - Complete the re-order form and put into the prescription request box in the waiting room. If your re-order form has been lost, a hand written request can be made using the forms available in reception.
